Institutional DeFi

On-chain liquidity, arranged on institutional terms.

Governed access to institutional on-chain lending, liquidity provision and digital-asset strategies, arranged under defined mandates for eligible institutions.

Request Institutional Access

Access is subject to onboarding, eligibility review, and applicable jurisdiction.

Why access DeFi through Cambeon

Institutions want the liquidity and yield opportunities of decentralised finance without carrying the operational, custody and compliance burden of running it in-house. Cambeon arranges that access under one governed relationship, with counterparty screening, defined mandates and reporting throughout.

  • Governed access

Positions are entered under defined mandates, not ad hoc, with one counterparty accountable from onboarding to reporting.

  • Operational burden removed

Wallet operations, protocol interaction and monitoring are handled for you, under institutional controls.

  • Risk made explicit

Strategy scope, eligible protocols and constraints are agreed in writing before any capital is deployed.

Decentralised finance carries smart-contract, market and liquidity risk. Cambeon does not remove those risks or guarantee any return. Its role is governed access, explicit mandates, and one accountable counterparty.

What we arrange

  • Lending

Access to institutional on-chain lending, with counterparties and protocols screened before any capital is committed.

  • Liquidity provision

Provision of liquidity to selected venues under a defined mandate, with position scope agreed up front.

  • Digital-asset strategies

Structured on-chain strategies matched to your objectives and risk constraints, reviewed over the relationship.

Access is arranged under defined mandates only. Scope, eligible protocols and limits are set before deployment.

How access works

  1. Onboarding & eligibility

We collect institutional documentation and complete KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions and jurisdiction checks before any allocation.

  2. Mandate definition

We agree strategy scope, eligible protocols, size and risk constraints in writing.

  3. Setup

Operational and control arrangements are put in place before any capital moves.

  4. Deployment

Capital is deployed on-chain within the agreed mandate, institution to institution.

  5. Monitoring

Positions and counterparties are monitored against the mandate over the relationship.

  6. Reporting

Positions and activity are documented and reported for your records.

Who we serve

Cambeon's DeFi access serves eligible institutional and professional counterparties only: funds, corporate treasuries, brokers, exchanges, payment companies and family offices.

  • Funds

    Institutional and alternative investment funds.

  • Corporate treasuries

    Global corporates and institutional treasuries.

  • Brokers

Licensed brokers and prime service providers.

  • Exchanges

Digital asset exchanges and trading venues.

  • Payment companies

    Regulated payment institutions and PSPs.

  • Family offices

Single and multi-family offices and investment holding entities.

It is not a retail service and we do not onboard retail clients. Onboarding is reviewed individually and depends on documentation, counterparty profile, jurisdiction and the specific mandate. Meeting the institutional threshold never implies automatic approval or absence of risk.

Governance & controls

The same controls apply to every protocol and every position, not only at onboarding.

  • Protocol screening

Protocols and venues are screened before any allocation and re-reviewed over the relationship, never cleared once.

  • Mandate discipline

Positions are entered only within the agreed mandate, with scope, eligible protocols and limits recorded in writing.

  • Source-of-funds discipline

Funds and counterparties are held to AML controls on an ongoing basis.

  • Traceability

On-chain activity is documented, reconciled and reported, and auditable after the fact.
